100% of your sponsorship is directed to Parkland Food Bank (PFB).  We do not use a third-party contractor for the golf tournament fundraising.

Hole & Hospitality Sponsor $750

• Sponsor must provide an on-course activity and two representatives for the event. PFB

might be able to provide events (ladies longest drive etc.) but business must provide representative).

• Only two alcohol holes available. Sponsor needs to confirm alcohol distribution with sponsorship registration.
• Logo displayed at hole.
• Recognition on the event website.
• First right of refusal for 2024 charity tournament.

PFB commits to:

• Using best efforts in print, digital and on-site advertising.
• Following all CRA rule and regulations.
• Not to use sponsor funds for prizes (except for Prize Sponsor).

As a Sponsor you agree to:

• Actively participate in the event as required by each sponsorship level.
• Indemnify, and hold harmless, Parkland Food Bank Society, its employees, volunteers, and Board of Directors, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses which might be made against any of them, arising out of or in consequence of the attendance or participation in the event.

If the tournament is cancelled for any reason, within the control PFB or not, sponsorships will be converted to a donation and a charitable receipt will be issued as the sole remedy.

Artwork: To ensure your company’s logo is properly displayed on the web and in print, please submit your logo in the following format: jpg with a resolution of 300+. Artwork must be submitted immediately following sponsorship registration to be included on the event website and any printed material. Images will be resized to fit our templates, so if you have both a horizontal and vertical version, please send both. Images may be emailed to sheri@parklandfoodbank.org
